If for any
reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to know!
For all consumer concerns email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
indicate the date and location of purchase along with a detailed description of your
concern. A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. We will do our best to
respond within 48 hours.
All unused and unworn product may be exchanged for similar product or credit
days of purchase with a valid receipt. Worn, or used product may not be returned for any
reason, excluding defective issues. Ella-g retains sole discretion as to the quality of return
and product to be exchanged.
If you do not have a receipt, but the merchandise is still ticketed and unused,
identification is needed and we will only be able to process a merchandise credit for the
current selling price.
